5 stars doesn't even do Andy and his team justice. During our home search, my husband and I dealt with 3 other realtors prior to Andy, and I know for a fact that we would not have found our dream home without him. I am SO thankful that we were connected by chance through Zillow. He takes the time to get to know you and your family, which helps him hone in to exactly what you are looking for. He is extremely responsive, courteous, professional, and provides much needed humor in stressful situations. He is a WEALTH of knowledge- and only recommends contractors that are on par with his level of service. He has superb negotiation skills, and really takes on the brunt of the stress with those 'not so fun' conversations. I was actually sad when we closed, as I knew our working relationship would be coming to an end. However, he is there for you after the close - and made it very clear he is only a phone call away. If we are ever in the market again or consider selling our home there is not a question of who we will be using. You won't regret your decision by placing your trust in him and his team!

We were looking to sell our home and move to a bigger property, and Andy came highly recommended from a family member who previous found their house through him. When we first met with Andy, we could tell he was very knowledgeable of the market in Bucks County. He listed our home, and we accepted an offer within 3 days! We had a wonderfully smooth settlement on the sale of our house, and Andy even helped us find a rental until we were able to get into a new home. Admittedly, we are very picky clients, and Andy stuck with us for 11 months and through multiple showings until we finally found the home that was perfect for us. We are now in our "forever" home and are very happy we were able to work with Andy. Communication was great; he always got back to us quickly through call or text anytime we had a question. My husband and my schedules do not always coincide, but Andy was willing and available to meet us for house showings even during odd hours. Andy is by far the best agent you could ask for, 5-star service all around, and we proudly recommend him to anyone looking for a great realtor.
