We were so very glad we met Lauren!! Our house in Bala Cynwyd was on the market with another realtor for 62 days and just wasnt selling. We went to a local open house to meet agents and see if we could find someone that could help us to sell our home. We were very impressed with Laurens personality and marketing materials and felt confident that she could help us. We had Lauren come to our home and she was immediately able to give us suggestions on ways to improve the marketing efforts and pricing. We interviewed two of other top selling realtors in the area and Lauren presented her expertise in a significantly higher level. We listed our house with her and she immediately went to work. She and her team came to our home within days with new rugs, new pillows, a TV stand and various other staging items (for no extra charge). They rearranged furniture in rooms and ultimately presented our home in a way that was more appealing to more buyers. She hired an excellent photographer and also produced a full motion video aEUR" both were outstanding! She assembled great color brochures, wrote a fabulous description and held an open house which attracted over 30 people. All of this contributed to a winning solution and our house was under contract in FOUR days! Lauren and her team were a pleasure to work with and always available for our questions. We will definitely use Lauren again!

Lauren is a great example of what a great Relator should be like. Very professional, decisive, credible, experienced, diligent.... She delivered on EVERYTHING.... We have not found a favorite house for a long time, many other agents would have gotten frustrated with our drawn out search. Lauren always said that I must find a suitable house for you. She fully understood what we were looking for. Once a new house meeting our requirements appeared on the market, the first message to us was definitely hers. The current house we bought appeared in the market at 9:00 at night, and the information we got was there were 6 people had requested showings and one person had decided to give a offer... Obviously, it was very competitive house. She worked with us to midnight to have documents prepared in advance. My wife and I had no time to check the house next day, Lauren went to check the house for us very early in the morning and got us the information as early as possible then we decided to give the offer via talking via cell phone. When the information came in that the owner would accept another offer, she fought strongly with seller's realtor saying "no, no, no...". Then she talked with us by phone again and we offered a new price in 10 minutes. Nothing in the world is difficult for one who sets his mind to it. I was very excited to get a phone call again from her that our offer had been accepted in 30 minutes.
