I never wrote any review before, because I never felt I had a good experience to recommend to others but not for Lauren. My wife and I highly recommend Lauren. There will be many reasons for recommending her. What we were most impressed from her is that she listens and understands our needs. We are from foreign country and it was a very difficult task to sell our house. All of the process from listing to settlement was a challenge to us. However, we were very lucky to have her on our side. She carefully explained us about the process and assured things that were uncertain to us. Her first estimated price was somewhat we expected as well as other agents'. She pointed out a few to update and we spent some money on it. Once updates were done like 2 weeks after, she expressed that she was confident to raise our asking price, which was way more than what we spent for update. We weren't sure it was a good idea to increase the price but she was right. We were able to sell our house for a full price (which was higher than what we expected) within 10days. Well, there were ups and downs when selling the house, what we wanted was selling the house with a good price in a short time and Lauren did all. She is very well qualified and I strongly recommend her.
