Bryan was such a huge help to us throughout the entire process. We were from out of state, so it was great to work with someone who knew so much about the area. We had looked at a few houses that seemed so great on paper, and he would point out things like, "actually that one is right in line with the airport so you might hear planes regularly" or "that looks like a great home, but that street is really busy behind it - let's go make sure the noise doesn't carry." Bryan was extremely knowledgable touring the houses as well, pointing out water damage or potential needs to replace roof shingles or side panelling. He really made sure that we were making the best purchase, got the best value, and helped us find the perfect home. He also regularly followed up during closing, and even helped with any issues we needed after closing. We were first-time homeowners, and he made sure we got off to running start. My fiancA(C) and I would highly recommend Bryan to anyone interested in buying a home.

I preface this by saying I am probably one of the more discerning customers out there and I am the kind of person who wants things done well when it comes to my investments. I don't give easy praise and my standards are probably higher than the average client. That being said, I was extremely fortunate to find Bryan Sinnett. He is the most dedicated, responsive, and knowledgeable realtor I have ever met. He has mastered real estate knowledge but also an impressive amount about home construction. He understands how to navigate complexity and the varying personalities involved in complex deals. My situation was quite complicated as I was selling my house and moving to a newly constructed house that was delayed multiple times. I am certain that had Bryan not been my agent we would not have been able to create an eventual win for all parties. I am guessing my situation is one of the toughest for an agent to deal with and Bryan showed the dedication, empathy, optimism, and know-how to make it work. I say this with all seriousness, he is just a different kind of realtor. I would use him again in a heartbeat and suggest the same to anyone who wants a safety net during a home investment.

Bryan, aside from being a really great guy, was wonderful to work through throughout the entire process. He was extremely patient and took the time to show me a number of different properties before I finally settled on something that I thought was a great deal, given the price point and location.Bryan really knows the Raleigh / Morrisville / Cary areas extremely well and is able to provide insights into the what is a good deal presently and into what will be some key factors in the property holding value over time. He is a great listener that really focuses in on the needs and interests of his clients and will do outside research when needed. I think he has the kind of demeanor that would suit him well in working with a number of different clients - whether they be someone who has lived in the Raleigh area a long time or someone who was recently relocated here from out of town.When it comes time to sell the the property I just purchased, I will reach out to him again.
