Bryan was recommended as a buyers agent by a close colleague and friend who has bought a lot of real estate and worked with many different people. We were very pleased with every aspect of working with Bryan. He was uniformly friendly, prompt, gracious, low-key, real (none of the sales-person smarminess that some agents have), and effective. He seemed to know everything about Raleigh real estate, particularly North Raleigh where we bought. He did in-depth research on the properties we were interested in, checking city plans for adjacent properties, looking up real estate transactions on comps, working the phones to find out info that cannot be found in the usual places. He had a seamless process of generating documents, had a helpful closing coordinator who took care of all of the details, helped me find the best available mortgage rate, and did many other things that made the process very smooth for us.
