We have bought and sold several homes through the years, but have never had a realtor like Scott. He listened to our circumstances, and immediately made suggestions to ensure our home showed to its best advantage. His points were clear and we easily recognized that everything he suggested worked to our benefit. He left no stone unturned in his quest to get us a quick and profitable sale. Over and above what even good agents typically do for clients, Scott went out of his way to handle things like evaluating and engaging professionals to correct defects and replace outdated features. Because of his business acumen, and sage advice, we hired the best team at the best price and were not only satisfied with the results - we were thrilled! Scott also did unexpected and appreciated tasks, such as returning our forgotten cable box so we could get a refund. (We had already left the state.) He also walked through the home after we had moved, and itemized some items that had been left behind, so we could make informed decisions for their disposition. Scott was eminently accessible for the whole time, making us feel as though we were his only clients. No excuses, never resisting a challenge from us - and there were many - and always looking out for our best interests, Scott even worked for us while he was ill! Scott was personable, helpful, friendly, and professional under less than ideal circumstances. Without his guidance and help, we never would have been prepared to sell the house so quickly and for more than our original asking price! I could go on singing Scotts praises, but the bottom line is, if I ever want to sell a house again, no matter where I live, I will call Scott Leidner!

Scott is an amazing real estate agent. He makes himself available on the times that are convenient to the customer and he is tireless in showing all available listings. He picked me up from my home or office, whatever worked best for me, and showed me as many listings as I had time and energy to see. He communicated with me by e-mail/phone/text so effectively, his response was almost instant. I never had to wait more than a few minutes. He was even available late in the evening a couple of times that I needed some reassurance in this stressful home buying process. He dealt so effectively and professionally with all closing aspects and certainly he put my interests first. I think Scott is amazing!! The best real estate agent I have ever had and I have seen several in my time, being the owner of two residences in the past. Scott is not only an amazing real estate agent, he is also an amazing individual. Super nice person, made a very stressful process so much more enjoyable. He is a gem.
