If I were to summarize our experience working with Janette, it's that she is truly dedicated to her clients and has a genuine passion for her work. We went into the process with some very general ideas and a lot of hesitations. We were not sure what specific area we were looking at, we were not sure about the mortgage process, and we were not sure what kind of timeline made sense. After our first meeting with Janette, things quickly began taking shape. She was always ready to answer questions with great patience and detail and showed excellent taste in filtering and presenting options for us to see. In visiting potential homes, we felt very comfortable in her opinions being genuine and based on years of experience. She also had ready contacts for quality services as the needs came up, from financing to inspections, and always had excellent communication with all parties involved. The biggest curveball we faced in the whole process was going under contract on a house and discovering structural issues that we were not up for tackling. Janette held our hand through the whole ordeal. She helped up keep rational and objective, taking the time to think and feel the decision though without regret. In the end, we found another home which we absolutely love and is perfectly suited to us! We've already recommended her to friends and family and will not hesitate to do so again for anybody looking for a passionate, experienced, and trustworthy agent!
