We began looking for a house at the most difficult time for our family. We were pregnant with our second child and still living in a studio apartment. Marni worked endlessly to find us new houses within our budget to view at the most precarious time in the market. She showed great patience as we could feel that she wanted to find the right house for us as much as we wanted it for ourselves. Using her contacts, she was able to show us a house that had yet to come on the market. It was by far the best house we had seen. Marni was able to negotiate terms with the potential sellers not to post the house but but sell directly to us. She saved us thousands of dollars in the process. It was such a pleasure to work with Michael during this new and very stressful time with COVID-19. Michael has a very calm demeanor which helped me center during moments when things felt like they were not moving as I expected. One of those moments was when we initially were unable to put the house on the market because of COVID and shelter in place. Another time was when one of the pipes in the upstairs bathroom sprung a leak that showed up in the kitchen after the house inspector left. He helped organized the plumber, the drywall repair person, and the painter. This was within hours we knew where the leak was and within two days everything was repaired and ready to go. HE went above and beyond the call of duty in a very caring way. He kept us informed in a timely manner and made this a smooth transition.
