Bernie sold me the condo almost 12 years ago. She was super helpful back then, and we have kept in touch on and off since. When its time to sell my condo, I didnt even think twice but went back to Bernie. From the beginning she was very helpful in navigating the rental property dos and donts, she is experts in what she does and knows her stuff very well! When we decided to sell, she was proactive through the process, including dealing with my tenant and my HOA to speed up the process. She communicated very clearly on what to expect, the estimated timeline of events to happen and she stayed on top of everything and everyone whos part of the process, to make it happen. She suggested that we priced at a number that ended up perfect for the market that we are in. With interest rate going up and economy not too stable, we came in just right. Within a week of open houses we got 8 offers and we closed in 10 days. I have worked with many realtor in the past couple of years. Bernie by far is the best!! Not only is she pleasant to deal with, she is also professional, knowledgeable and would go above and beyond.
