We were looking for homes in the Bay Area for a year or so, and met Andy and Britnee at an open house back in Sept 2016. Almost instantly, Andy and Britnee connected really well with us and had some great pointers for our search. We continued to look around, and spoke to many real estate agents in the East Bay, but eventually decided to reach out to Andy and Britnee to help us find our first home, as they seemed to have the right balance of being friendly and professional.As first time home buyers, there were many unknowns, questions and challenges, both around the home and financial aspects of owning a home, and the duo educated us in a clear concise manner. In this competitive market, home buying can an arduous and frustrating process. Britnee and Andy were incredibly patient, supportive and resourceful throughout the whole journey. Britnee is sharp, responsive and quick on acting on pretty much everything around this process. She was on the front lines rooting for us and accompanying us at open houses, seeing and sharing things that we wouldnt have noticed otherwise. Overall Britnee and Andy make a great team - they were incredibly knowledgeable about the real estate market, clearly understood the changing neighborhoods, had great ideas around home improvements/projects and also had good contractor connections. We would definitely recommend Andy and Britnee for anyone searching for a home, especially first time home buyers who might need extra support, guidance and encouragement.
