This is the second time that we have worked with Andy and Britnee to purchase a replacement property for a 1031 exchange. The time frame for naming a replacement property is only 45 days, so it makes the process a bit nerve wracking, especially in such a crazy market. His team is extremely knowledgeable and well connected, so was able to refer us to the right lenders, exchange companies, contractors, roofers, etc. He understood our needs and helped us to narrow down the kind of property that would be a good fit. We were able to have an accepted offer, after only making two. He also went above and beyond by making sure that necessary repairs were made to the roof, by the Seller, prior to the close of escrow.
