I highly recommend Andrew Pitarre. I selected him because I saw how much he improved a rather sad looking house before sale. I showed him around and told him what I thought the weaknesses of the house were (which he agreed with). I liked his experience and his way of approaching a house, leveraging his contracting skills as well as his real estate skills. When he returned he brought brought some wonderful suggestions to maximize the mid-century modern aspects of the house and correct its weaknesses. The budget and reward for making upgrades seemed entirely reasonable. Andy has great people working for him, both on the design side and the construction side. The house ended up being a gem. He and his crews did exactly what they said they would do. The project came in under budget and the house sold for $80,000 more than his original high estimate. I am a very happy camper.
