Combined, my wife and I have sold and purchased homes four times and we have learned about a few of the pitfalls of doing so through our experiences. I say this to say that we are not the easiest customers for real estate professionals. We are extremely picky, thorough, and totally intolerant of any trace of BS.Andy and his colleague, Britnee, were excellent partners in selling our home and purchasing a new one. They quickly responded to all of our calls; were patient and extremely informative (Andy is a former contractor) in accompanying us at at least forty (40) open houses; and, were very sincere in making sure that we found a house that excited us.We were most impressed by Andy and Britnee's sincerity. There are ALWAYS hiccups in these transactions. Whenever we ran into challenges, there were NEVER excuses or blame-shifting from Andy or Britnee; we simply acknowledged where we were and adjusted our tactics to reach our goals.A very clear example of Andy and Britnee's profound dedication to our happiness is that after nearly six months of selling and searching for a home, when we were three days from closing on our new home, Andy noticed a potential problem in the house during his final walk through. Instead of downplaying it to close the sale, he and Britnee immediately scheduled and executed very detailed inspections of the potential problem. Fortunately, it was not a real issue, and we closed the purchase on schedule.We are extremely grateful for the work that Andy and Britnee did in helping us sell our home and buy a new one.
