Mahmoud and the law office that he recommended were both so wonderful to work with and made the whole process so easy that I barely had to be involved which was terrific as I had enough on my plate to deal with -- my father's recent Alzheimer's diagnosis, moving him in with my husband and I, my husband's own sudden health issues. I was overwhelmed and the thought of selling a house on top of it all seemed incredibly daunting. Mahmoud was there every step of the way to offer advice, drop off and pick up paperwork when I couldn't get to his office and text me friendly reminders on pending matters to keep the process moving along smoothly. When the coronavirus hit I thought the sale would for sure fall through. But again, Mahmoud and the law office that he recommended kept the process moving along and today we have funds in hand! Mahmoud lined up a buyer super quickly at a price I wasn't sure was possible due to the state of the property. I am so glad I met Mahmoud through our town's community Facebook group where he is a super active member always willing to lend a hand in any way he can. It was for that reason that I chose him as our real estate agent and I was NOT disappointed. Definitely one of the best decisions I've ever made. I highly recommend him to anyone that's selling their home.
