I have had experiences with numerous realtors, some that have been good and others that have been not so good. I can without hesitation say that Irene is the best and most professional realtor I have come in contact with. She helped me sell my property in Jersey City while I was living out of state. At each step of the way, she made me feel comfortable and confident that she had my best interest in mind. She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and demonstrated excellent communication and negotiating skills. She continually went above and beyond her responsibilities to ensure the sale of my property and treated the property as if it were her own. Because I was out of state, there were numerous instances in which Irene offered to do things that were beyond her scope of practice. For instance, she spent a considerable amount of time making sure my unit was in top showing condition. Irene also went the extra step to ensure I would get the highest price possible for my property even when it would have been in her interest to persuade me to simply close the deal, something that in my experience, is what other realtors are most concerned with. Irene is a top-notch real estate agent. Her commitment and professionalism is unparalleled. If I needed to buy or sell another property in Jersey City, I wouldnt use anyone else.
