Irene was extremely helpful and professional during the whole buying process: to start she will present you with a very helpful binder explaining the whole buying process (the offer, the attorney review, the inspection etc.) step by step, she is very knowledgeable with what is happening in Jersey City, she will be able to recommend you with lenders, lawyers, insurance agents in case you do not have any yet and I can assure that they were all extremely professional people that allowed me to close in 45 days. In addition to the professional references, she also took a personal interest in pointing out establishments of interest within the neighborhood (i.e. restaurants, bars, dry cleaners, grocery shopping etc.) which showed us her personal involvement in making sure we would make the right choice. She will cater to your need in only showing you what you told her was within your budget and the style you were looking for. We experienced some setbacks and issues with the seller's agent and she has constantly been on our side defending us in achieving the best deals for us, not once has she tried to force upon us any decision we were not feeling comfortable with. Irene has always been very responsive with our inquiries and has always got back to us on a timely manner whatever day of the week. All in all, we have been very satisfied with our experience with Irene and always felt that we were her priorities and we would highly recommend her services.
