We met Jenna at an open house on Narcissus Ave in CDM in July 2017. We had just moved back to our home in Laguna Hills after a 6 month stay on Balboa Island to remodel our home from a water slab leak. We got a great taste of the island and CDM life, and we knew at some time, we wanted to make the move back to the island or CDM. We were always walking through open houses to see what was possible for us, and had an agent looking for us within our price range. When we met Jenna, my wife and instantly connected with her. She was friendly, bright, and knowledgeable and told us we could get something done in our price range. This was a challenge, as we wanted to do the one-time property basis tax transfer from Laguna Hills to CDM, which meant we couldnt buy a house in CDM for more than what we sold our home for in Laguna Hills. Not easy! The first step was Jenna helped convince us to list our house in Laguna Hills, which included her coming to our house to see what we were selling and to understand realistic sales price expectations. Tireless, energetic, helpful, and super responsive are words to describe Jenna. She has been so helpful with the sales process every step of the way. She has advised us countless times on sale in Laguna Hills to all steps on our Iris purchase in CDM. I couldnt ask for more honest insight, assessment and recommendations going forward. We havent bought or sold a house in 27 years and there were many times of stress and wondering if some type of deal would ever happen. Jenna was truly a resource for us as a Buyer in CDM, and a Seller in Laguna Hills; she has carried her load and more. She has learned enough about us, what we like, what we dont like, and after a while this became easy and second nature between Jenna, me and my wife. We recently purchased a home in Costa Mesa and Jenna was hands-down, the most professional, knowledgeable, and caring agent we have ever worked with. During phase one (the home searching process), she emailed us daily with the available listings in the cities we were interested in. When it came to phase two (touring the homes), Jenna scheduled multiple viewings in order for us to maximize the day and really see what was out there. During the tours, she listened to our feedback and became familiar with the type of home and feeling we were searching for. This helped narrow the field even more. Finally, when we found our dream home (phase three: the home buying process), Jenna was incredibly awesome. She asked all the right questions and gave us the answers we needed.
