We recently sold our house in Irvine due to a relocation. We wanted an agent that knew the area well and we decided to go with Robert Mack. We had a great experience with Robert, Tania and his team. He was highly recommended to us by friends of ours and has a great reputation in our neighborhood. For us, this was the selling of our very first home and we were not looking for the highest selling price. Instead, we really wanted a hassle free experience. Robert & Tania gave us the feeling that they would do whatever they could to meet our needs and provide us with a hassle free experience. Their proposal showed us their expertise in Irvine, which was very important to us. They knew the market well and we had similar ideas in how we wanted to price the house so that we could sell fast. These were the reasons we went with them. Our move date was set for July so we were planning to list the house in May to time our move out date. However, Robert told us that listing in March would help us sell faster as May/June is high season which would mean more homes would be on the market. We didnt want to list in March but we trusted his strategy. He helped us with preparing the house for market. He gave us referrals for a painter, handyman, and a staging company. We end up listing on Thursday 3/31, had open house on 4/1 and 4/2, and had 7 offers the following Monday. We ended up selling the house over 5% above asking with the terms that we wanted. We were hoping to sell the house fast, but we didnt think it would be done in less than a week. We are so glad we followed his advice in both listing timing and house preparation. We think all those factors helped us in achieving the aEURoehassle freeaEUR? experience we were looking for. Roberts assistant was on top of all appointments, paperwork, and keeping us organized. Robert always responded to our texts and calls right away and held our hand through everything. He truly kept us calm and talked us through everything and made us feel at ease. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate in choosing Robert, Tania, and his team to help us. They went above and beyond our expectations to deliver more than we asked for. We will highly recommend Robert & Tania to anyone looking for an real estate agent.

The personnel at Robert Mack Group (RMG) of FIV Realty - Newport Beach, California - have displayed an exemplary professionalism in placing our home on market. Needless to say that the RMG group, in this difficult housing market condition, was able to find a buyer within a week for exactly the asking price, and close escrow seamlessly within 30 days, and for that we are indebted to this superb group. Robert Mack was very courteous towards us. His knowledge of real estate is second to none, in our opinion. His team, in particular Mis. Kristy Dunkel and Mis. Anne Dumalag, as well as other members, communicated with us constantly regarding every step of the closing. They arranged the staging, found movers, deep cleaners, repair contractors, painters, etc. without a single intervention from us, and above all, with reasonable prices.
