I listed my home in Weston for sale in March 2018 but wasn't satisfied with the marketing or traffic generated by the initial broker. When that listing was about to expire I researched which firms had the most success in Weston and came across Susan's name and background at KMS Partners (now owned by Compass). During our first meeting Susan was very direct and honest about where the market was and where I should consider pricing the house. She also retained someone to stage the home and made suggestions about improvements that would make the home more marketable. Once the improvements were done she listed it for sale and scheduled a series of public and private open houses. The market for real estate in Weston and Wilton was very challenging, but we had offers in December and went to contract in early January. Susan is a consummate professional. She knows the market and gives honest advice. The contract negotiations were a bit stressful and Susan stood up well to the pressure. She is the kind of agent you want working for you. I recommend her without reservation.

Vasilis hit it out of the park! Our neighbor, another real estate agent living in a similar apartment told us what he could sell our apartment for.
