Kristen was simply the best. We started our home buying process in early 2020. Kristen met us at a......wild house. Water damage, concaving floors, and two windows on the porch that could give anyone a full view of you on the toilet. It was an insane experience and it made us realize we were not yet ready to buy. We gave Kristen a realistic time line of being ready in 1 year. Throughout the year she would reach out sparingly to check up on our process and pass along helpful information. She also made a portal for us that showed homes that were in our price range so we could browse homes at our leisure. At the beginning of this year, she helped us get pre approved, and we started hitting the showings hard. Kristen was very responsive, booking us showings as soon as we would ask for them. The one time she was unable to meet with us for a showing due to an unforseen circumstance, she arranged for someone else on her team to meet with us instead. She bent over backwards to get us our first house, getting us a great deal in this crazy market. After getting an accepted offer, she was still available to guide us through the rest of the closing process. I cannot recommend her enough, and I wish her all the success that she works so hard for.
