Selling any house has its challenges, but selling your mothers houseaEUR"the house you grew up inaEUR"has the potential to be particularly stressful and emotional. Thankfully, we had Jagger in our corner when faced with this situation. Simply put, if theres a realtors equivalent to a doctors aEUR~bedside manner, then Jagger is a master at it. He brings his genuine self to every conversation, and always has his clients best interest at heart. As for experience and qualifications, Jaggers industry knowledge and experienced-based insights helped me make educated decisions in a timely manner. Midway through the sale, the real estate market took a rather volatile turn, but that didnt faze Jagger. He made minor adjustments to the sales strategy while remaining steadfastly determined to get us the best price possible. He understood that this was more than a financial transaction; it was the fulfillment of a promise to care for our mother for the remainder of her life. When we moved to the Los Angeles area from the Sacramento area in Fall, 2018 we were faced with the prospect of a dramatic increase in housing cost, while downgrading to a smaller house on a smaller lot.
