Mary Ann gave us great advice about the state of the market in Willow Glen and helped us consider all the relevant factors in determining when to buy. As a result we ended up changing our timeline for buying. Throughout the process of buying our home, Mary Ann took extra care to understand what we needed and wanted in a home as well as what would fit our style. Once we found a home that we liked, Mary Ann was helpful in creating a competitive offer that matched with our budget. She was attentive in negotiating with the sellers to get us what we wanted. As sellers, we found Mary Ann to be incredibly organized in outlining everything that needed to be done to get our house ready to sell. She has a vast network of contractors so that she was able to find the right person to do each of the jobs we needed done prior to selling. From the day we listed our house, Mary Ann monitored potential buyers and held multiple open houses within the first week.
