Gary and Robert were recommended to me by my good friends. They came back to Gary and Robert again and again for all of their Real Estate needs. Needless to say that they met all of my expectaions. Every step of the way. This starts with the research, offer process and negotiations. But my case was one of the most difficult ones involving a short sale that popped out of nowhere in the middle of the process. The previous owner suddenly discovered that he owed more than he was getting. This took a couple of months more of various addendums and what not. Sometimes things looked desperate but it did work out in the end. Gary and Robert were prepared to go for their customer all the way even though sometimes it meant personal inconvinience and expense for them.If you are as most of the folks not buying houses every year, then you will also appreciate a huge recommendation choice for contractors and subtle details on this and that. And, of course, a mild but contagious sense of humor which came handy in my case.
