If you have a chance to work with Natalie Neith of the Catbagan-Neith team on your next real estate deal . . . you need to jump at the opportunity. You will not find a more professional, caring, knowledgeable real estate agent anywhere. After a brief phone conversation, Natalie showed up to our first meeting with a clearly articulated game plan for marketing the property we wanted to list. It was clear that she had taken the information I had given her and done extensive research before she arrived. Natalie did exactly what she said she would do with amazing results. She gave us concrete suggestions on what to do to maximize the appeal of our property. All of the people Natalie referred to do work for us did a great job. When the first offer came in higher than I expected, I was ready to take it. Natalie advised us to keep our powder dry and let her do what she does because she was confident that we get more . . . and she was right, we got more . . . Almost 25%.
