Buyer: We cant imagine having a better agent than Kaitlan. She was recommended by our friends and we couldn't be happier. She is very knowledgeable about the area and activities for the kiddos, thoughtful about the listings she showed us, very honest and open about the pros and cons of each house. She made sure that we understand the potential of each house but never pressured us. We were wavering putting in an offer on a house and told her our concerns and her response was aEURoedont settleaEUR?. In the end, we are in the perfect house for house for us and werent pressured into something that wasnt right. We likely wouldnt have gotten the house at the price we did if it werent for Kaitlan, she took the initiative to set up inspections and to use her network to bring in plumbers, painters, etc. so that we: 1) knew what we were buying and 2) moved quickly enough that other buyers werent able to bid up the price. She pulled additional data from the city on properties that we were interest in so that we were well informed buyers. Even after the deal was basically done, she met with painters on our behalf so that we didnt need to take another trip up from the city. We are first time home buyers and new to the area, and she was there to answer every random question that we had. We highly recommend Kaitlan for her initiative, trustworthiness, and knowledge. Seller: We dont have direct knowledge of Kaitlan as a sellers agent, however, we did attend one of her open houses. Kaitlan was the most knowledgeable agent that I have seen at an open house. She also showed potential buyers a survey so that they could consider expansion potential. The house sold quickly with multiple offers. Kaitlan loves her job and goes above and beyond for her clients. If we ever sell our house, Kaitlan will be the first person we call!
