My wife and I just spent our first long weekend with our children in our new second home on Oahu. We found that we really enjoyed the islands over the last year and so had started to make plans to get a second home (from Seattle) on either Maui or Oahu. We were connected to the Compass office on Maui through a friend and met Debbie Arakaki, who subsequently introduced us to Jason when we started looking for a little more action and shifted our search of Honolulu. We gave Jason about a week's notice that we were flying into Oahu and he set up 13 viewings for us that we tackled over 3 days. Debbie, flew in from Maui for part of the viewings as well. We have purchased five homes over the past ten years and had a peerless experience with Jason and the team at Compass.I am a demanding client and require excellent communication from our professionals. Jason exceeded my expectations in terms of follow up and follow through. He helped arrange financing with a company that delivered as well on a building where do to ongoing developer issues is hard to get financing on.
