We were very glad to have found Stella and Stephanie in May after looking for our new home on our own for 7 months.They have guided us through many offers in this competitive market and yet not pushy. We appreciate their patience and knowledge of the market. One of the best quality i find is that they would give us all the information, and let usarrive at our own decisions. They understand that as buyers, we need to be comfortable and happy with a big purchase like a house.Stella and Stephanie understood our timeline to have our kids enrolled in school by August. There were times when it seemed impossible, but they kept a positive outlook and were very encouraging. After 2 months, they found us a home in a prime location that we like , and with 1 month to spare. We'd highly recommend this mother-daughter duo! They rock!

Stella and Stephanie are a great team to work with. I met them at an open house when I first began my home search. From the very beginning, they welcomed me as a client, listened to what I wanted in a home, familiarized me with the local market, explained the process, and managed my expectations. They were always sharp and responsive during negotiations, and never pushed me to make a deal or settle for a house that I didnt absolutely love.I was finally able to purchase a house that I really do love in Montclair, with a bay view, and within the budget I could afford. I was able to do this because Stella and Stephanie worked quickly to make a pre-emptive offer and assuage the Sellers concerns, so that all parties were satisfied with the deal.I love these two ladies, and I am now grateful to have them as friends.
