I got a referral from a close and trusted friend who worked with Kevin on their home purchase. From the beginning Kevin was very communicative and knowledgeable which I really appreciated. He took the time to understand what I was (and was not) looking for and helped guide me through multiple offers until I closed on my current home. Not only was it great to work with him as a buyer but I also had confidence that he would represent me well with seller's agents, especially in multi-offer situations. With the Seattle market you have to be prepared to make decisions and write offers in a pretty quick turn-around time and Kevin was always available and prepared to move forward when needed.
