Trevor was the best thing that could have happened to us as first time home buyers. We initially met during a virtual tour for a property and later that day Trevor was proactively reaching out with new listings.Trevor walked us through the entire home buying process, answered any and every question that we had, and made us feel comfortable with a process that was starting to feel overwhelming.He listened to our financial situation and what our interests were in a home. He found us a listing that checked all of our boxes right away and when it came to making an offer his knowledge and experience of the process helped us secure it. Trevor was with us every step of the way from the offer until close with quick responses to our questions. When I met Karen, I was an out of state client looking to make a move to Arizona relatively quickly. I never met Karen in person, but did interact with her frequently for a few weeks. Home buying is inherently stressful and I was heavily relying on Karen to bring me properties and be able to speak about the area and the likelihood that I would enjoy it. Unfortunately, I was not very impressed with her as an agent. I did all of the leg work, and by all, I mean all. I found properties, sent them to her, came up with a number, again, on my own and had her submit them. I will also say that I never heard back on a few, so I am unsure if they were ever submitted. She never gave me any advice about the real estate market, where I should look if I was being outbid, any other ideas.. again, ZERO customer service. It almost was as if she was in cahoots with the sellers and would only tell me to bid "highest and best"- that's not very good advice, as it seems like she was only attempting to run up the price. Didn't even hide the fact that she was only interested in commission. I eventually closed on a house that I found online myself, called on and toured virtually with Karen being absolutely no help. It was a terrible experience with her and I do not think I would recommend her services if you are looking to purchase a home.
