Let me start by saying that my wife and I did not purchase a home through Francesca. So, you may ask, why am I writing a review and giving her 5 stars? Two reasons...one, we made the decision to stay in Oregon for personal reasons and two, I can't give her more than 5 stars! Francesca is the most caring and committed realtor that I have ever dealt with. She listened carefully to our wishes and put together a fabulous group of homes for us to visit when we flew down to Huntington Beach. Upon our return to Oregon, our plans were to return in several weeks to purchase a place. In the interim, she stayed in touch not only with sending us attractive homes to view online, but also personal emails in order to discuss any possible changes in our goals. She is an upbeat realtor who genuinely loves her job. If we ever decide to move to SoCal in the future, the first and only call will be to Francesca. I cannot more highly recommend Francesca to anyone looking for a realtor!

I am very grateful with dealing with Jody Clegg, Natasha Elisha and the rest of their team. My home was put on the market at a time when things were cold. We didnt have as much action on the place although people were coming by to see it. They continued to keep setting up open houses each week for at least three months straight it seemed! I finally just needed to get out and it sold immediately once the price was lowered. We all pretty much knew it would work that way, but we tried to get as much as we could for the property. During the entire process, the team was great in helping work around my roommates schedule, who worked the graveyard shift. You never realize all that has to be done in moving out and selling a place, and I am grateful that Natasha was able to help me so much, as she was able to let people in and out of the house during all the inspection processes, which saved me from having to leave work. With regards to getting rid of things, I was given lots of suggestions and her team even went in and help me get rid of a few items without me having to be there and deal with it. Natasha kept great communication with me and would text me info into the night, as there was always something that needed to get done. I am in escrow on a new place and she was not involved with it, but she still gave me suggestions about getting an inspector and was able to get me a few contacts. Overall, Jody and Natasha, and the rest of their team were very easy to deal with and very real about everything. They will tell you as it is, and that is what you want from a realtor. I would definitely recommend their services and you will be very satisfied with the job they will do.
