Eric did a superb job in helping me to understand all the options available when selling a house. During our initial conversations, Eric provided me with excellent market research and explained all the details on preparing the house for a public listing. His market strategy was well reasoned and simple to understand.Once we agreed to move forward, Eric knew exactly what repairs the house needed and didn't need. He has a very good network of inspectors, contractors, financiers and other support personnel that allowed me to focus on my move. He initiated and coordinated all the interactions between myself and the services I needed which was a great help.Eric's communications skills were excellent as well. Whether it was in person, via text or email, he always kept me in the loop with relevant information.Eric has an excellent understanding and feel for the Marin real estate market and knows exactly how to prepare and position a house for sale. Eric is unequivocally the best realtor in San Anselmo. He negotiated our purchase of a property for $320 per foot (way below prevailing prices at the time) and gave us the vision to make it a great home. When we decided to sell it four years later -- we had everything painted, updated and staged - all seamlessly through his excellent concierge service -- on budget and on time. His listing strategy was brilliant in considering timing and pricing -- which went against what most less experienced agents suggested to us. In the end he secured 11 offers and we settled on an all cash, 7 day close at 30% over the listing price. We were shocked at how well his strategy worked. He also happens to be a caring and attentive listener and a damn nice guy. Not to be terse, but if you are selling property in San Anselmo or the Ross Valley, you would be a fool not to use hem. We cannot recommend him more highly!
