If you're buying and/or selling a home soon, you want Kathryn on your team! We recently sold and bought a new home with Kathryn's help and she made both ends of the process as smooth as possible for my family (even during the crazy market). Kathryn is extremely knowledgeable in real estate and was such a great resource when it came to things like how to best photograph/show our home, how to list competitively, and also things related to what was valuable in a new home or a potential red flag as we did showings. Kathryn is awesome. After some pretty unhappy real estate experiences, Kathryn is a breath of fresh air. She gave great advice for everything we asked and more - staging, prep, pricing, etc. She helped us focus on necessary prep work to prepare for the sale. Our house looked great in person and on line, in the photos and video tour. She made a fantastic choice of photographer, a nice change from prior experience. Despite COVID, we had a LOT of foot traffic - our neighbors were stunned. The house was only on the market for only a few days before we had two bids, and accepted one.She also helped with a thousand details: recommending good contractors, facilitating bids, meeting contractors, negotiating, etc. Her level of service is completely beyond our previous experience and expectations.I cannot say enough positive things about how terrific Kathryn was. She has expertise, enthusiasm, and energy. Absolutely the best.
