Working with Kathryn to purchase our town home was a great experience! If we had to describe her in three words, we'd say: trustworthy, knowledgeable, and friendly. Making a purchase of a home is a very important decision and you need a realtor you could trust and Kathryn is definitely that person. She was always honest and upfront with any questions we had and was very organized, not to mention very flexible due to our busy work schedules. Kathryn is a competent and kind professional, she has rich professional knowledge and warm heart. Kathryn worked with us for a home purchase while we livd in a state far away, even with the disruption of the pandemic. She guided us patiently and competently as we have little knowledge of the buying process and local information. She explains the details of state rules involved in buying home, she educated us with things that are specific to the local are that we should be aware of but would not even know to ask about. She gave us help with local arrangements that we would need to make but would have difficulties doing while being remote and new to the region. She understands our needs and our preferences and works to very details to meet them.
