We interviewed several realtors before going with Brian and Bonnie from the "Helgemo Team." And while we were impressed with several other realtors, we loved the services, knowledge and overall reputation that Brian brought to the table. One of the key factors for us was the amount of time that Brian sells in versus the competition. Most importantly, Brian has an excellent understanding of the local real estate market here in Punta Gorda and knows PGI area like none other. Our decision in hiring a realtor was probably the most stressful part of the process because of the unknowns in how quickly they will sell the house (we watched so many of our neighbors homes stay on the market a year or more). If you are looking for a true professional who is honest, hard working and takes pride in selling a property at the right price in the right time frame, then the Helgemo Team is your choice. What was most impressive is how responsive Brian and his team were throughout the process, from showings to closing time. In the end, we couldn't recommend Brian enough. Whether you are buying or selling in Punta Gorda or Charlotte County, this is the realtor to go to. What sold us versus the other realtors that we interviewed is that he loved our home and we felt that we needed that passion in a realtor. Other realtors told us why they didn't like it (doesn't have a pool, smaller canal frontage, etc.), but Brian pointed out the selling points that he would focus on. Keith is amazing, right from the beginning. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and willing to take us to another house that we wanted to look at even thoughhe had priorcommitments. Keith helped us with pre-approval personnel. He kept in contact with us daily it seemed like, keeping us up to date with information during the whole buying process. If Keith didn't know the answer, he didn't give us false information, he found out and got back with us later. He made us feel like we were #1 priority in his busy schedule. We even called late in the evenings. He was always available and that made us feel like he cared about us and our purchasing process. He came to our closing and made us feel like he truly cared about us every step of the way. We bought a house with a pool and he was unsure how things worked, so he paid (out of his pocket) someone to come out and explain things to us. WHO DOES THIS!!!! That's how Keith works.
