I had never met Katie until the day that we signed our contract. I did some research and looked at a dozen web sights. I owned a business in the area I lived in for almost 20 years and had some dear friends that were realtors. However in my heart, this was a 1/2 million dollar decision and I did not want a friend or a favor in one of the largest business decisions of my life at 59 years of age. I know at least 50 realtors in Jupiter, Florida and I wanted to use them all because they were my friends and their kids knew my kids. That being said, I didn't want to use someone I knew because I wanted my house sold in 30 days and explained what the rules were. I followed the rules of what Katie asked and used her knowledge, contacts, experience and followed her advice. Her possey of professionals (electricians, a/c, plumbers, handy men etc.) were second to none. Again I know hundreds of these people living in my home town for 25 years, but I followed what she advised. Because if it didn't work right, then that was on her. I know what your thinking, but I only spoke to this lady 10 times on the phone and met her once. I let her know my expectations and I wanted to hire the best and I got the best. She answered every phone call, personally overlooked inspections, open houses and repairs to make sure that she wasn't caught off guard. In every business, it's so hard to get the best and be honest and have the highest integrity. Also we had an uninspected lien show up from 6 years prior, when our house had been paid off for years and her title agent worked with us to get it worked out only 48 hours before close. I can only tell you from owning my own business to dealing with corporations that have been in business for over a hundred years that I made the right decision for me and my family. It's always comfortable to do business with someone you know. But my decision was based off of results. In my heart, I did what was best for my family and I know I made the right decision.

We moved to Florida to find our dream home and Katie made that happen. We sold our long time home in New Jersey and our wonderful realtor there did some research for us and was told by many that Katie Rawnsley would be a perfect fit for us. This was our doing. We were not sure which area we wanted to live. Katie was patient and very flexible with our search. We finally narrowed it down to Jupiter and found the perfect house.
