I have to admit that buying a house in the middle of a pandemic was a daunting task that I wasnt sure would be possible, but Lori made it a breeze! We are first time home buyers so we didnt know much about what we were doing. I contacted Lori and she quickly set up a Zoom consultation for us where she thoroughly explained the process and patiently answered all of our questions. She took the time to get to know us and learn about our needs and goals in buying a house. It took us only about two months to get pre-approved for a loan and close escrow! Lori helped us find a house that fit our needs exactly and was right on our price point. I love the house even more every time I go in it. During the process we saw a few houses with Lori all while practicing safety procedures like social distancing and masks. We picked three that we liked and she did background research on them and helped narrow our choice to the house we place an offer on. Lori did a lot of hand holding for us since this was our first time. She scheduled and oversaw all the inspections and coordinated with the listing agent. She was also always available to answer our questions. Thank you Lori and Jason for making home buying so smooth and stress free!
