As first time home buyers we are so happy that we found Jason and his team! We learned so much from his guidance and help throughout the entire process. It started with a zoom meeting to discuss our goals, budget and what we were looking for. He gave a lot of good tips and pointers of where to look and what to look out for, and all that info came in handy when it came time to actually place offers and eventually go into escrow. We were able to find a great property that fit our budget, and quickly found ourselves in a fast escrow process. Jason and his team were able to help guide us through the loan process as well and even pointed out things we should bring up with the lender if the lender had not already told us about them yet (that was really helpful to keep things moving fast)One of the best things about Jason was his calm demeanor throughout the whole process. As first time home buyers making such a big purchase, we were understandably a bit stressed through the process, but Jason always approached everything with an even keel and helped put things into perspective. I have to admit that buying a house in the middle of a pandemic was a daunting task that I wasnt sure would be possible, but Lori made it a breeze! We are first time home buyers so we didnt know much about what we were doing. I contacted Lori and she quickly set up a Zoom consultation for us where she thoroughly explained the process and patiently answered all of our questions. She took the time to get to know us and learn about our needs and goals in buying a house. It took us only about two months to get pre-approved for a loan and close escrow! Lori helped us find a house that fit our needs exactly and was right on our price point. I love the house even more every time I go in it. During the process we saw a few houses with Lori all while practicing safety procedures like social distancing and masks. We picked three that we liked and she did background research on them and helped narrow our choice to the house we place an offer on. Lori did a lot of hand holding for us since this was our first time. She scheduled and oversaw all the inspections and coordinated with the listing agent.
