I recently sold my primary residence with Jason and my experience with him was been exemplary. I met Jason at an open house in my neighborhood. Not only does he conduct himself in a professional manner, he is also well-informed about the business, very communicative and has proven himself trustworthy. He took the time to thoroughly explain his pricing strategy to gain my confidence and he managed my expectations by keeping me updated on market conditions and timing. I received multiple offers on my property, all over list price, and we entered escrow after being listed for seven to ten days. Jason was able to get my property under contract even though my terms were not quite standard - I had a contingency sale, longer escrow ask AND a rent-back period! The closing went very smoothly, because he and his team remained on top of the transaction (shout out to Lowery Group transaction coordinator, J'zmin!!). The $20k over list price was a welcome surprise for my new home. I have recommended his service to friends of mine and fully endorse Jason as your Realtor.

A friend referred me to Jason over 4 years ago, after I expressed interest in purchasing a duplex. I reached out and Jason went right to work, finding out what I wanted, what my goals were, etc. etc. I completed my pre-approval with a lender but didnt seriously begin to hunt for properties because being from Texas, I didnt think that I could afford California real estate. Jason reassured me that we would find something that met my needs and fit my budget.A year later, my then girlfriend, and now wife, relocated from Texas to LA, so after several months of not being sure as to what we were going to do, we came to an agreement that we were ready to submit offers. We changed our mind several times but Jason remained patient and kept us encouraged.Jasons entire team remained friendly, professional and knowledgeable during this entire process. As a first time homebuyer, I knew absolutely NOTHING about buying a house. I spoke with a few other real estate agents first and I was beginning to think we might not even need an agent. Jason was the only agent to invest time in us from the beginning. He gave us a presentation to teach us about the home buying process; we decided to go with The Lowery Group and it ended up being the best decision we could possibly make.Jason has the rarest kind of ethicsA and professionalism that I didn't think existed in people outside of fictional characters portrayed on TV. Even though he may be busy at times, you would never know it as he always takes the time to make sure you understand each part of the process and is always available to talk it out. I am in awe of the way he handled himself throughout the ENTIRE process. His team was amazing as well, Lori was invaluable at setting up last-minute viewings, even with the process being complicated by Covid safety measures.A Not only is The Lowery Group's professionalism unmatched, but Jason is a wizard when it comes to writing offers. We were able to buy a turnkey house in a total seller's market on a tight budget. I still can't believe it! If that's not enough, there are tons of little thoughtful touches along the way, like sending you a helpful list of utilities to transfer and mailing moving boxes to your current address. I really can't say enough good things about Jason and his team. We will be using them again in the future and will be recommending them to any and everyone.
