Ruth and her team are simply exceptional. After couple years on the West Coast, we decided to move back to the greater Boston. Moving in general has its challenges, but moving across the country, and as a family with small children, trying to buy a house remotely in the process, and finding a good daycare (near a potential house) with openings is at another level. After a month and half of home-hunting from afar, working with another agent and arranging for friends to go to open-houses for us, one of those friends suggested Ruth to us. He mentioned that his wife and him have used her for both their properties in Cambridge and Arlington. He said that she could even help us find a short-term rental to ease our move back to Boston so we could take our time in finding the right property for our family.
