Eric is very knowledgeable about the market and the quality of craftsmanship in the homes that we looked at, especially considering that we wanted an older home with character. He was able to easily steer us away from properties that were not quality products to help us find a house that we both really love in the perfect neighborhood! Although we haven't closed on the house yet, I've ALWAYS felt that Eric was sincere, honest and trustworthy, almost like a big brother that has your back. My mother is also looking to purchase a house in the Charlotte market and I definitely feel comfortable with Eric being the right realtor for her as well. He puts his clients first and works hard for you behind the scenes to ensure that you get the best deal possible. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family! Great guy!

I wasn't in a real rush to purchase a home and I told Eric that ahead of time. He spent so much time touring properties with us over the course of several months that I just felt really guilty about how much of his time I was using. That being said, Eric was over-the-top patient and friendly, continued to send me leads even when I would pass on several after visiting them, and he was quick to say no on a house I was interested in because he thought I could do better... It was like buying a house with a friend and not an agent. He never pressured me into anything. And then when it came time to actually put down an offer, he negotiated a deal that more than paid for himself (ex -- if I had used Redfin to purchase the home, I actually would have paid MORE based on the deal Eric got me). On top of all that, he made recommendations for lenders (who I ended up comparison shopping and finding out that Eric's recommendation had the best rate), inspectors, contractors, and all of the above who all exceeded my expectations. I can honestly say the entire experience was better than I could have ever imagined. We toured so many properties that I'm confident I found the best place for me at a great deal and it's all thanks to Eric.
