We recently closed on our first home thanks to Meghan and the Andy Bovender team. As first time buyers, during a pandemic no less, we were definitely nervous, but had absolutely no reason to be! Meghan was such a breath of fresh air and absolutely amazing to work with. She was always responsive to calls, emails, and texts within minutes. Her extensive knowledge of the market really helped narrow down where to look and how to prioritize our wants and needs. The MLS portal she set up for us was updated in real-time with any listings she thought we might be interested in which made it super convenient to browse, like, dislike, and leave a note. When we did go see houses she always had extra masks and gloves just in case, and after giving us time to take everything in she would answer any questions and help us rank how the property fit in to our search. We were never rushed, in fact we were encouraged to take as much time and see as many houses as we needed to, and we always felt like we were a priority.
