I worked with Dave and his team to sell my condo in the challenging fall market. He and his team did an excellent job marketing and making sure the place looked beautiful for all potential buyers. He was also very straight forward with possible hurdles that potential buyers would see and didnt sugarcoat anything so that I wouldnt have unrealistic expectations.I received a lot of resistance from my condo trustees objecting to the sale on ridiculous grounds, but Dave provided super helpful guidance and advice, offered a sympathetic ear, and would answer questions at all hours of the night, even double checking our understanding of the condo docs. His recommendations for a lawyer, stager, and contractor (when it came time to fix some issues with the property) were spot on. Everyone he recommended was amazing to work with.Dave is personable, easygoing, and not high pressure at all. I highly recommend Dave and his team to anyone needing to sell a house!
