We chose Billie Bourgeois as our agent to find us a beautiful home in Chula Vista and she was outstanding.Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted some research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into finding the right home for our family and how they promote the listings. Her presence was strong and committed on a daily basis, and I could tell she put in a lot of work into each listing.We spoke with Billie almost daily, answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes are on the market, and providing tons of information on comparable homes in the area. After each home we were interested in, looked at and asked for her opinion. She traveled to each home, performed her own audit and provided us some really important findings. Billie took extra steps many other agents don't, like traffic noise, traffic volume and potential pests. When we saw our listings we were blown away with the homes that complimented our interests and fitting to our family. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to buy a home really paid off.
