We are one of the fortunate ones who can say that Gina Haggarty was our realtor. Our family doesn't go a week without saying, "There is no way that we would be in this beautiful home without Gina!" Gina's expertise is second to none. She commits herself to a project (finding the right home, moving, staging a home to sell, finding the right contractors/painters/repairmen/woodworkers/landscapers) and doesn't give up until things are done on time and perfectly. After our gorgeous hard wood floors were installed, I realized that everything looked as good as it did because Gina was directly supervising the contractors ever step of the way. There was one very minor error with doors and she has continued to work with us and the hardwood floor installer to ensure that everything is perfect! She is absolutely tenacious. Gina has the highest standards for herself and holds all that work with her to the same incredibly high standard. Gina is not only incredibly reliable, she is also responsive. We had a few tense moments with our mortgage and Gina took ever one of our calls as we worked out the details. (sorry for some of the late calls! ;) Things all worked out well and she was with us every step of the way. Gina made the move from our old home our new one as seamless as possible. She was simply adorable with our young kids - always treating them as special clients, as well. They love her! When we were ready to list our house, Gina noticed the market was turning. Despite this, she expertly helped us sell our home at a price higher than asking. She brought in several buyers and we were able to negotiate for a higher offer! Gina helped us work through the different types of offers and complexities so that we could chose the right one (all cash vs. faster close vs. higher price). Gina is simply unique - she is a genuinely kind, detailed-oriented, savvy and a top notch negotiator! I'll end the review as I started, we are thrilled that we found Gina and could not be more thankful that she has been in our corner during such a crucial time in our lives. She is simply outstanding.

When my husband and I started looking for a realtor with experience in the Peninsula, we were actually turned away from one agent because our budget was "challenging". When a friend recommended Gina, we were nervous that she would turn us away too because she represents so many multimillion dollar transactions. That couldn't have been further from the truth. Gina not only welcomed us with open arms but completely reassured us that we could find the perfect house in our budget. She spent several hours driving us around different neighborhoods, pointing out playgrounds, schools, and parks that would be great for our two kiddos. Gina is like a Peninsula encyclopedia; she seemingly knows every street, school, and open house in town! In no time, she helped us find a sweet house in a wonderful neighborhood. The home had been on the market for several months because it needed a lot of work, so Gina helped negotiate a great price. As first-time homebuyers, we were so grateful to be able to rely on Gina's expertise and guidance throughout the whole process. Even after the papers were signed, she continued to help us by recommending a contractor for the remodeling work, a hardwood floor installer, and even our housekeeper! Grateful. Thats how we feel about our experience working with Gina Haggarty. She is tenacious, clever, wise, kind, cheerful, efficient, punctual, and fights for her clients. You cant say fairer than that.Gina replied quickly and kindly to our slightly awkward initial contact email, and came in on a Sunday to meet with us as it was our only free day on the Peninsula. Within a few minutes of meeting her, we felt her warmth and her genuinely kind spirit, and we knew that she would have our best interests at heart throughout the always-fraught process of searching for and purchasing a home. We can say, in hindsight now that we are the proud owners of our wonderful home, Gina looked out for us every step of the way. Not only did she pretty much insist on us seeing what is now OUR house (aEURoeCome on guys, this one is special, make time to see it!aEUR?), but she helped us understand the market and the comparable recent sales, guided us as we waded through all of the paperwork and coordinated with us from afar as we were out of the country for much of the closing process.
