The remodel would never have been as attractive to potential buyers without Robin's extensive knowledge of what they wanted to buy. Her help from the day construction started to the day the stagers showed was absolutely invaluable.I have sold other real estate so I can say without reservation; Robin is the very best real estate profession I have ever met. Robin is by far the most attentive (listened to my requirements) knowledgeable (knew how to find what I was looking for) and skilled negotiator (got me the price I was expectingaEUR|or clearly explained why I wouldnt) that I have dealt with to date. If an issue arose, all I needed to do was simply bring it to her attention to get it resolved (and yes, there were a few...no one's perfect).I have recently (since July 2014) worked with Robin to sell our family home in Hollywood, find my new home in Santa Clarita, and now sell a plot of land in Lancaster.
