I have bought two condos in Westwood with Payman as my agent over a period of 5 years, so I have substantial experience working with him. He is extremely trustworthy, and straightforward and has incredible negotiation skills. When he visited properties with me he always provided a fair assessment of the positive and negative features of each condo. He also was never pushy, and always worked with my best interest at heart. He has a very good standing in the community among other realtors, so we were able to get our offer accepted even though we were competing with buyers that had high all-cash offers. He works incredibly hard during the negotiation phase and is thus able to get substantial benefits for his clients. A friend recommended Payman to me after he successfully purchased a home with him. As a first time buyer, everything was extremely new and overwhelming. But, when you are working with Payman, he guides you from beginning to the end and he gives you his honest opinion when you want his input. That is so important for me because it shows integrity and he's not just there to do a quick sell. With the LA market right now, everything is so competitive so you need someone who is willing to fight for you, no matter how big or small the purchase is. My place was definitely not a top dollar condo, but he treated my purchase like it was his only priority. Payman and his amazing team (Angel and Ashley) were there whenever I had a question, and they were able to handle any situations I had. When it came to negotiations with the seller, this is where Payman won the gold medal. He was very confident and tactical with his negotiations which landed me my condo at an amazing price.
