Stephen is an amazing and highly skillful realtor. We were placed with Stephen out of serendipity through zillow, and we lucked out. His professional, yet approachable demeanor made the home buying process smooth and easy. While Stephen knows his way around the city, at times I felt as if little more information would've helped in some cases. This in and of itself is no flaw or reflect poorly on Stephen; knowing the entirety of Los Angeles is difficult for anyone. Furthermore, a good realtor's worth comes in more ways than simply knowledge of an area. His handling of the process and responsiveness is second to none. At each stage, Stephen communicated with us as to what to expect and expectations. He fielded any and all questions at all hours of any day. Without a doubt, my partner and I were not the biggest buyers, but nonetheless treated us as if we were buying a multi-million dollar home. Ultimately, the negotiation phase makes or breaks the worth of an agent. In this manner, Stephen excels. Through observation to detail and care, Stephen ensured my partner and I avoided some huge pitfalls. However, there were times we felt Stephen could have played a more aggressive and heavy handed role. Keep in mind, this should not be interpreted in anyway that Stephen is not a skilled negotiator. We would have faced much hardship without Stephen at the helm. Stephen's deft expertise cannot be understated. Without a realtor like Stephen, the process surely would have been arduous. His experience, skills, and knowledge will be any prospective buyer or seller's greatest tool during the difficult home buying process.
