My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Ladonna and Carlos on both the sale of our condo and purchase of our new home. Ladonna and Carlos were both extremely professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about the Oakland market. My husband and I had already found the house we wanted to buy, but it was contingent on selling our condo. Ladonna and Carlos we're able to help us put in an offer, and once accepted, get our condo ready to be marketed (in an impressive 4 days) by arranging cleaners and photos to be taken. They handled communication with every party involved along the way which made both transactions extremely smooth. Robert was an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
