In this competitive market, you need agents who are on top of their game, and thats exactly what Crystal and Brian are. We interviewed several agents before choosing Crystal and Brian. A few things stood out: First, though it was clear they have extensive knowledge of the east bay and their finger on the pulse of the market, they focused on understanding our needs and goals. Second, they werent afraid to dig deep and find answers to the tough, but critical questions buyers wish they had the answers to. Third, as investors, they understand value is more than a house being decked out with the latest trends. Finally, they are responsive and reliable. Calls, emails and texts were answered promptly and consistently; we never felt like we had to fight for time. Our first purchase with Crystal and Brian was a multifamily. Their robust research skills gave us a leg up in crafting an offer carefully designed to appeal to what mattered most to the seller. The information they gleaned helped us beat out 10 other offers, even though we were in the middle of the pack, and we got a great deal on the property. We were also able to borrow from their network of inspectors, contractors, and repairmen throughout and after the purchase, which was an added bonus. Our first purchase experience with Crystal and Brian was so positive that we chose to work with them again on a sale, and they did not disappoint. They provided astute insight on which upgrades would provide the greatest return and coordinated all sale logistics, including photographers, showings, marketing, and inspections on a tight timeline. Their marketing strategy was so effective we were under contract before our first open house. Unfortunately the offer fell through, but whereas most agents struggle to match the original offer, Crystal and Brian got us under contract again within a week at an even higher price. We had a few more road bumps prior to closing, but they worked ardently to overcome them each and every time. We sold for well over list and even above our dream price thanks to Crystal and Brians dedication, creativity, and deft negotiating skills. We recently worked with Crystal and Brian a third time on another purchase. After about a month of looking, we found the perfect house. Crystal and Brian made sure we were among the first to see the property, which turned out to be advantageous as only part of the home was available for showing during the only open house, so most buyers didnt see the full property. They accurately assessed the market, and found creative ways to help us build a competitive offer. Their strategy worked and we were among the top three offers. They advocated and negotiated fiercely and eventually we won the house. Overall, weve been very impressed with the results Crystal and Brian deliver, which is why we continued to work with them. In a market as competitive as the bay, you need a solid team.
