Chara and Chelsea were professional and knowledgeable regarding the local real estate market. They were super responsive in terms of answering questions, providing background information about individual properties, and meeting with my wife and I, sometimes on short notice. They took the time to really understand what we were looking for and then found properties that matched our requirements and needs. Brandon Nelson was very very good. My husband and I were very pleased with everything he did for us to get our house sold. We were out of town sellers and we live about 5 hours away from our secondary home that we sold. Brandon made the process so easy for us. He oversaw all the necessary home inspection, repair, painting, landscaping, decorating and cleaning for us. He was good at finding contractors that were professional and charged reasonable prices to help us get our house ready for buyers. He even helped with hauling away all the items we didnt need anymore. It was so nice as we live and work in TriCities and it was difficult for us to keep going back to our secondary home in Bellingham to check on how things were. Also, we had an issue with a previous realtor who we initially recruited before we met Brandon. Thank goodness we met Brandon. He is outstanding compared to other real estate agents we know.
