In all fairness I must say that Jenny is my daughter-in-law! But, she found my new home in Wimberley during a very tight seller's market and brought me through the entire process so beautifully that I was more than impressed. Jenny worked hard to find the property, negotiated all the contract issues and for the repairs needed. She found the inspector for me, worked with the title company, and met with multiple people on my behalf for various issues that had to be resolved prior to closing. One might think that she just did this for me because she is my daughter-in-law, but the fact is that she was doing the same for others on listings and sales at the same time, having to juggle the schedules so that all could be handled and accommodated. She artfully managed to do everything, and do it well, which impressed the heck out of me! Because I am an attorney, I was very particular about the way things were handled. Yet, I did not have to prompt her even once to make sure all was in order. I have purchased several properties represented by various realtors. Jenny is right at the top of my list of best realtors ever, regardless of whether or not she is my daughter-in-law!
