Where do I start. After having a couple bad experiences with realtors in the past, I was concerned about having to deal with them again. Then CALEB MARLOW texted me one day. When I was finally ready to sell I decided to research Caleb and see what others were saying about him, and the reviews were accurate! I called him up, explained my concerns and previous experience's, and let him explain what he could do for my wife and I. He asked me how in control I wanted him to be and I told him he's got the full reins. He did not disappoint! He handled everything with our renters and management company, did an amazing job promoting our property and provided an overall feeling of moving us in the right direction. We had zero worry, zero concern, and felt very comfortable that Caleb was handling everything on the backside. He exceeded every expectation I had for him. I could keep going on, but if you're reading this review you'll get the point. If you are having problems with selling, if you have any concerns or worries, if you need/want to sell quickly, then Caleb is your guy! I would not hesitate to do business with Caleb again.
