I was nervous since it was my first time buying a house and I didn't know much about the process, but Joe makes it a point to prioritize his clients' needs and happiness. He was very responsive (able to view houses with me the very next day I asked) as well as eager to fully explain anything I had questions on. He emphasized that his goal was to make all of his clients experts at spotting the upsides and downsides of each house and was sure to never push me into making any choices I was uncomfortable with. He's very optimistic and positive but also realistic, which is crucial considering that I was looking for a house in Shirlington, a highly competitive housing market, especially in early spring. However, through his help, we were able to craft the winning bid on a beautiful condo that won over several other offers (on our first try)! In addition to Joe's expertise, another contributing factor to this win as well as a smooth closing process was choosing a great loan officer Joe was familiar with and has worked with on many occasions. Everyone was professional and worked well together. I was very lucky to find Joe and highly recommend him!
