I have heard many horror stories from friends and family when it comes to purchasing a house. I was lucky enough to find Andre Perez and because of him I have no horror stories to tell! Andre assisted me in the purchase of my first home. I had no experience in looking for houses and I was nervous to say the least. Spending that much money on anything is a scary feeling, but Andre made the entire transaction easy. Not only did he educate me with the process, but he made sure I was comfortable with every stage as it happened. He kept me in the loop for every step! After I moved into my new home Andre called to make sure I was happy and that the house was everything I wanted. He even helped me with a small home owners issue. (I didn't know where the outside water shut off was and he helped my find it! It was behind the fridge.) It has been almost two years since I purchased my home and Andre still stays in contact!
