As DOD employees, my wife and I worked with Nicky during our PCS to the DC Area from the Pacific Northwest. Bottom line: Nicky is far and away the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. During our house hunting trip in August, 2012, she showed us over 50 properties at our request. Understanding our tight timeline, she was always prepared with the latest listings and had a logical efficient route planned out for the days viewings. There was NO pressure. On several occasions there were last minute listings that we wanted to see. Nicky was always willing to rearrange her busy schedule to get us into the homes in advance of the rush. She went the extra mile to answer our questions and has the patience of a saint as we brought our 4 year old son along on the house hunting trip. After approximately 2 weeks of intense searching, we found the perfect home and closed in early October. Through it all, Nicky was rock solid, giving us the advice we needed to get the deal done. In addition to her considerable knowledge, she has a wonderful personality and sense of humor. Her real estate acumen is unmatched and I cant stress enough what a great experience it was to work with her. Shes just fantastic.
