Nicky is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with. She has been very professional throughout the process from our initial house-hunting trip in October through the final closing in January. Whenever My wife and I were in a "panic" mode due to a roadblock or obstacle, Nicky maintained a cool head and helped us to navigate our way to a quick and successful closing. She was always able to provide options to make the process less stressful than it possibly could be. Nicky quckly identified our needs and tailored her services to meet our needs without wasting our time on properties that did not really interest us. We first met Nicky at an open house. We were "casually" thinking about buying a new home. Fast forward two years and we were finally ready to sell our place and purchase a single family home. Nicky had kept in touch with us over that two year time period and had sent us information and detailed updates of the areas we were interested in during that time period. So, when the time came to sell, we contacted her immediately.Nicky came to our townhouse to evaluate the place and to discuss potential purchases. Over the next five months, we set out on a search for a perfect home. We had a baby on the way so time was a factor. I absolutely wanted to find a new home before the baby arrived. So, Nicky went along with us to help buy a new home and sell our existing home in a set time period. When it came time to help us sell our townhouse, we had direct competition about 5 doors down. They had priced a lot higher than we thought was a feasible price. So, we looked with Nicky at sale comps in the area and set on a fair price. We had talked about staging and improvements that would help us sell quickly. We set to work on cleaning, staging, and prepping our place. Nicky enlisted a photographer who did an amazing job and got our home listed perfectly. After two open houses, we received a sound offer. The offer did include a few odd provisions (they wanted personal items in the house... weird) and Nicky helped a very pregnant seller (insert my questionable emotional state here) and helped us to reach a good price and agreement quickly (that allowed us to keep said personal items). We could not have been happier. She worked with us to arrange the closing in a really quick manner and was there to help.We highly recommend Nicky. She was amazing in helping us to sell our place quickly. She was so nice to work with and we really enjoyed the process. Additionally, three units in Cameron Station went on the market right before or after our place listed. They were the exact same layout. We sold in two weeks. They were still on the market at least two months after our sale. So, not only was Nicky a delight and fun agent, she got the job done quickly and helped us sell before the other direct competitors in the neighborhood.
