Stephanie was a god send in my home buying experience. I initially chose Stephanie due to her experience because I knew that with experience comes wisdom but I must say I was overly impressed once I began to work with Stephanie and got to truly experience what it means to have a good realtor. Stephanie was able to get the initial asking price to numbers I would have only dreamed of but never thought imaginable. I was ready to accept terms on numerous occasions and Stephanie with her knowledge and experience was able to convince me that she could get me an even better deal each time that she saw the opportunity to. I must say that I would highly recommend Stephanie to represent anyone that is in need of a realtor, but not just any realtor, a GOOD realtor. Stephanie actually really cares about her clients well being and works to get you the best outcome in every situation. Honestly the list goes on & on from the way she has her house buying experience mapped out for her clients through informative emails to keep you on track and up to date with where you are in the process to her almost immediate response time I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I cannot say enough amazing things about working with Stephanie! I have known her for 8 years, since she helped me and my husband buy our first house. There has been no one else I have wanted to work with. When we decided we wanted to put our home on the market she was the first person I called. She goes above and beyond for her clients. If you need help packing... she's there. If you need some work done to get your home market ready... she has the best connections. If you need someone to cry to because all of it is so stressful... Stephanie is there to listen. She is with you through the entire process and will make sure you are getting the best deal; buying and/or selling. She is knowledgeable and knows all of Atlanta and the suburbs as well. Stephanie is personable and gets to know her clients so she find you the right house for the right price, and if there is anything shady going with she will nip it in the bud real quick. She loves what she does and knows Atlanta like the back of her hand. I cannot recommend her enough and if you are looking for an agent that gets you and knows what you need or like before you even know, then she is the person for you.
