This is a 5-star review for Sierra Pujals, who we were fortunate to work with to obtain our home in Napa. From the beginning of the COVID crisis, Sierra helped us navigate the North-Bay real estate market. We looked at Napa and Sonoma Counties houses nearly every weekend for almost a year to find our dream home. Sierra identified our style and preferences on what we wanted in a home. She worked tirelessly on our behalf as we visited multiple homes together. She also saw several on her own and sent us virtual tours of the properties. She is a patient, dedicated professional, and a great listener. She is honest and forthright in giving her opinion on what she thinks about a home without influencing the buyers decision. Through her skill and contacts, she helped us to secure our home. She held our hands through the process of inspections through closing, and even afterward, the sellers needed an agreement to lease the property after closing. We continue to communicate with her when we have questions. Sierra is well connected to the local communities and has a network of contacts she can recommend if additional work is needed. We would, without hesitation, use Sierra again or recommend her to our friends.

My fiancA(C) and I had our dream of owning a home in the beautiful Napa Valley and we elected to use Sierra Pujals as our realtor. Not only did she meet expectations, but she far exceeded them. She displayed patience, an immense amount of knowledge in the local market, cunning negotiation tactics and we truly felt that she had our back through the entirety of the sale. Sierra did everything she could to find us the home of our dreams and we are now lucky enough to call that house our home. Without her assistance I doubt we would have been able to find the home of our dreams. It has a luscious backyard for gardening, beautifully renovated kitchen and a huge dining and living room for entertaining. The home really does check all the boxes for us, and we are so grateful for having her represent us.
