Matt Greene was an absolute rock star. My home purchase was contingent on the sale of my condo, for which Matt represented me as both buyer and seller. I admit I was a bit apprehensive going with Berkshire Hathaway only because I know they represent very expensive properties and my condo was a small fraction of their typical home sale. I was afraid that my condo would not be given the attention it needed to close and then open escrow in the required timeframe. Thankfully, my fears were NEVER realized and Matt totally understood the importance of working things in parallel as efficiently and diligently as possible. Beginning with my condo sale, I had a price point in mind, and after Matt researched comparable homes in the area and with his knowledge of the neighborhood, suggested we go in a bit higher. Matt was right! My condo sold in less than 48 hours for more than I was expecting! The photos his team took for the MLS were absolutely GORGEOUS- Id buy the place all over again! Once we received an offer, we were in a much stronger position on the buyer side. The house I wanted was my dream home, and Matt knew that because our offer was contingent, we had to get creative with our terms to make the offer more appealing, especially in such a competitive market. His suggestions got my offer accepted, even with another offer already in hand! Matt referred me to his partner lender, who offered the most competitive rates when I got quotes from three other lending options. I trusted all of Matts referrals from that point forward. In addition to Matts impressive knowledge of the market and trustworthy referrals, I also very much appreciate is perceived availability. He responded to all of my questions promptly, at all hours of the day. He really made me feel like I was his only client with how responsive he was. Thank you so much, Matt and the Berkshire Hathaway team, for representing me and making what could have been a terribly stressful time relatively stress-free! I am so grateful for your help and I know Ive found life-long representation for all of my future purchases. Big Kudos!!

My husband and I met Matt at a random open house. We exchanged contact info and stayed in touch for almost a year. Once we were ready to start our investment ventures, we shared our must haves. He found us these things quickly. Then life changes of course. We had to pull out of a few deals and redefine what we were looking for. Matt was patient and kind through all of it. Then he found us a property that was exactly what we were looking for. He shared with us that it will go quick due to the market and advised us to take action quickly. Then came a few cash offers. I e thought we lost the deal. He had some tricks up his sleeve to help us get creative as buyers. It worked. Once we were in escrow- he supported through giving us specifics on next steps including timelines and whats expected from us. We had to get creative with financing and he kept us on track through all the ups and downs to close on time. We will definitely do more business with Matt and so grateful to have someone who is not only knowledgeable but truly cares.

Matt was incredible to work with during our home buying process!! He made everything so easy to understand and took his time answering all of our questions! He negotiated and advocated for us and truly kept our best interests at heart. I had to travel out of the country during our escrow and Matt truly made the process stress free despite the circumstances.
