When I first mentioned that my fiance and I were looking into purchasing a house, at least four separate neighbors suggested we talk to David Mans. They raved about his knowledge of the area, good character, and expertise. Now i see why. David was incredibly helpful. After contacting him, he promptly showed us several homes in the area we were interested in. Always patient, David answered all of my questions. He has experience building homes so he is able to answer questions about the structure of homes, remodeling options and cost estimates. David is honest, sharing his concerns and letting us know whether prices are fair or too high. Whether we were contacting David by e-mail or phone he was always quick to respond. He even invited us to his home for a meeting. David paid close attention to what we liked and didn't like about the different homes we viewed. He took that knowledge and used it to find listings that suited our vision. Showing us homes down Coal Creek, through Nederland, Four Mile, Sunshine Canyon, Ward, and up in Jamestown, he catered to our interests. David knows the area extremely well. He even showed us hidden hiking trails and short cuts. David walked us through the entire process of buying a house. His recommendations put us in contact with some great local professionals that helped us during the inspection phase. He knows inspectors, builders, the local well, furnace and utility companies, and insurance agents. He made sure everything was in order and that we were fully informed. David was attentive, helping us to close quickly, and comfortably. We are completely content with our purchase.
